Beyond hands-on work, he plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations, overseeing projects, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Christian’s primary responsibility is to ensure that every aspect of Fullblown Performance runs efficiently and smoothly. His strong background in business administration allows him to seamlessly handle the operational side of the business while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Christian oversees the technician team, ensuring that each project is executed with precision, and he is the main point of contact for customer communications via phone and email. His role also includes assisting with dyno sessions, making sure that all technical processes are running effectively. Working closely with Alex, Christian plays an integral role in managing workflow, coordinating projects, and maintaining the high standards of quality that FBP is known for. Christian's expertise not only guarantees that customers receive top-quality solutions, but also that Fullblown Performance remains a trusted name in the industry.​

As the Lead Senior Technician, Melvin is responsible for overseeing the entire technician team at Fullblown Performance. With years of experience and a deep understanding of high-performance vehicles, he provides valuable guidance and shares his expertise with the team to ensure that every modification is performed with precision and attention to detail. Melvin ensures that each technician is fully equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to tackle complex builds and modifications, from engine upgrades to custom installations. His leadership helps maintain a high level of quality across all projects, ensuring that vehicles are modified to meet the highest standards of performance and craftsmanship. By managing the team’s workflow and offering hands-on support when needed, Melvin plays a critical role in delivering exceptional results for every customer.

Abel is the driving force behind our social media and trackside photography, capturing the essence of Fullblown Performance both online and at the track. As our media manager, he develops creative content, stays ahead of industry trends, and showcases our customers' vehicles across social platforms. His role involves documenting the entire process, from start to finish, highlighting the craftsmanship and dedication that go into each build. Through stunning photography and engaging posts, Abel ensures that Fullblown Performance’s work gets the recognition it deserves while keeping our customers connected and featured.

As a senior technician, Edgar brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in high-performance modifications. His expertise covers everything from precision engine builds and fuel system upgrades to supercharger installations, advanced diagnostics, and camshaft upgrades. With a deep passion for performance and an eye for detail, His extensive knowledge allows him to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring each build runs flawlessly. Whether it’s a full engine overhaul, forced induction setup, or custom modifications, Edgar’s experience and dedication to quality make him a key asset to the Fullblown Performance team.

Carlos brings over 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in high-performance engine builds, electrical diagnostics, and advanced vehicle security installations as a certified IGLA installer. As a skilled mechanic and A/C specialist, he ensures every vehicle runs at peak performance, from precision engine work to complex electrical troubleshooting and climate control optimization. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive excellence, Carlos delivers top-tier craftsmanship and reliability in every project.​

Steven is our Service Technician, playing a vital role in keeping both customer vehicles and Fullblown’s operations running smoothly. He is responsible for a wide range of essential tasks, including performing oil changes, brake repairs, routine maintenance, and general vehicle servicing.  His attention to detail and technical knowledge are crucial in maintaining the performance and safety of every vehicle that comes through the shop. Steven’s role is fundamental to our team, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, which in turn supports our larger performance builds and modifications. His dedication to providing top-notch service and maintaining vehicles at their peak performance is a key part of what makes FBP's operations run smoothly. With his thorough approach to every job, Steven ensures that our customers’ vehicles are in great hands, contributing to the overall success of the team.
